Lingholm Court Holiday Cottages are set out of the centre of the village of Lebberston, off the A165 coast road between Scarborough and Filey.
Travelling along this road from Scarborough, at the B1261 roundabout (the roundabout has The Plough and a 24 hour petrol station on it), take the third exit onto the B1261 (signposted Cayton).
Turn left into Lebberston village onto Manor View Road. Pass the Ox Inn on your right and then at the left hand bend, turn right onto Green Lane and IMMEDIATELY left onto Lingholm Lane - (it looks as if you are going straight on).
Follow straight down the lane, half way down go over the manned level crossing (during the day please ring the bell to have the gate opened by the lady in the house/box - gate is left open overnight) and then meander through the countryside to Lingholm Farm and the holiday cottages, set on their own in our fields at the very end of the lane.
Please park here and ring the Lingholm Court house bell - this is to the left of the tower at the gate at the Farm Office. Please note that there will be no one available before 3.30 p.m. on changeover days.
